Lara Johnston

Since joining the Family Office Services team in 2005, Lara has supported the attorneys and paralegal staff with completing a variety of document management and client relationship responsibilities. In her current role as an administrative assistant, Lara organizes and scans all client documents and, when requested by the client, develops client CDs and binders with all balance sheet, asset management, legal, tax, insurance, and cash flow documents organized in one place. She uses her database administration skills to assist with case coordination. She logs mail, faxes, and other communications to help provide comprehensive Family Office Services to our clients.

Lara uses her strong organizational skills to help coordinate Family Office Services seminars, such as the "Best Practices" and "Best Tools" Workshops and Family Wealth Blueprint seminar. Drawing on her strong background in customer service, Lara helps to ensure that our seminars are an enjoyable and informative experience for all our clients and advisors who attend.

When advisers and potential clients contact our office for information about our services, Lara provides various brochures, pamphlets, and links to web resources. She also maintains passwords for clients who have us maintain documents in confidential web-based lock boxes.

Lara received a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology in 1990 from Biola University in La Mirada, CA. She lives in Mission Viejo with her husband and three wonderful children.
